Pros:
- I like how Mike introduces the chapters (pg. 16) and discusses why they are important for your understanding to rid acne.
- He strives to use lay terms to keep the book readable and concise.
- He goes into great detail for juicing and fasting to explain the reason you need this to eliminate your skin acne.
Cons:
- Much of the foods recommended to eat are organic or whole foods. These can be more expensive than my usual trip to the Safeway market.
